If a card on file is declined or there are any unpaid fees, clients may be kindly asked to update their payment method, settle the balance, and pay a deposit before booking future appointments.
All appointments are confirmed via email or SMS. Please ensure your contact details are up to date.
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.
A deposit may be required at the time of booking for certain treatments. This will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
